What is the condition of these printers?
These printers are brand new with a full 3 year warranty. Suggested new Retail price is $575.  If you sell on-line you need one of these.

Does the Printer work with Mac Computers?
No and Yes.

No the printer's driver is designed for Windows Computers Only. The new Mac computers that have MS Windows OS installed will work with the printer.

Yes only if you can use the Endicia shipping program for Mac. The program includes a Mac Driver that will work with the Zebra 2844. This particular program charges a monthly fee. The monthly fee is waived for large users. All the details about Endicia Shipping program and how it works are included in our Newsletter.

If you ship with eBay, there is also a Shipping program called Auctane that works with Mac computers. The label is created in a PDF file and this printer has no problem printing PDF's with a Mac.

There is no Mac driver that we know of that works with the Zebra printers by themselves with the regular shipping programs.

We own Mac and we use this printer with them all the time.

Do you include the Printer's Driver CD?
Yes the Driver CD and Owner's Manual is Included.

What happens if the printer does not work with my computer?
Contact us either by phone or email. We will help you troubleshoot to make sure your printer is comunicating with your computer.
